1. Introduction

Welcome to zntcollections.shop ("Site"), owned and operated by Z&T Thriftshop ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Site, as well as any purchases made through it. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Refund & Exchange Policy.

2. Definitions

  • "Pre‑loved" refers to items that have been previously owned or used.
  • "You", "your", "customer" refers to any individual who accesses the Site or makes a purchase.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase on this Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

4. Product Information & Authenticity

  1. Approximately 90% of the handbags offered on this Site are pre‑loved; the remaining 10% are brand‑new.
  2. Where available, luxury items include the original proof of purchase receipt.
  3. For items without original documentation, we provide detailed descriptions and high‑resolution photographs highlighting unique identifiers such as serial numbers, date codes and other brand‑specific features to ensure transparency.
  4. You are encouraged to use a reputable third‑party authentication service at your own cost. If such service determines the item is counterfeit, we will provide a full refund (including the original shipping fee).
  5. Colours and textures may vary slightly due to lighting and screen calibration; such variations do not constitute defects.

5. Ordering Process

  1. Placing an Order – Select your desired item, add it to your cart and proceed to checkout.
  2. Order Confirmation – You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed.
  3. Cancellations – You may request to cancel an order before it has been dispatched. After dispatch, please refer to our Refund & Exchange Policy.
  4. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in the description or price, or suspected fraud.

6. Pricing & Payment

  1. All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are inclusive of any applicable Malaysian Sales & Service Tax (SST) unless stated otherwise.
  2. We currently accept:
  • Credit cards
  • Debit cards
  • Bank transfer (FPX)
  • Coming soon: Buy‑Now‑Pay‑Later (BNPL) and QR payments
  1. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed.
  2. International customers are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by their payment provider.

7. Shipping & Delivery

  1. Shipping Destinations – We ship within Malaysia and to Singapore and Brunei.
  2. Delivery Times
    Malaysia: 2–5 business days
    Singapore & Brunei: 3–7 business days

  3. Shipping Costs – Shipping is borne by the buyer and will be calculated at checkout.
  4. Customs & Duties – International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes or fees imposed by their local customs authority.
  5. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our handover to the courier. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier.

8. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Please refer to our separate Refund & Exchange Policy for full details, including acceptable return windows, condition requirements and refund processing times.

9. User Accounts

  1. You may check out as a guest or create an account.
  2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
  3. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos and photographs—is the property of Z&T Thriftshop or its content suppliers and is protected by Malaysian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or exploit any content without our prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Z&T Thriftshop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or purchase of products, including but not limited to loss of profits or data, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the product giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Z&T Thriftshop, its directors, employees and agents, from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts. If you are a consumer residing outside Malaysia, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.

14. Changes to Terms

We may amend these Terms from time to time. Changes will take effect once posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
