All Sales Are Final Unless...

Due to the unique nature of preloved items and to ensure the authenticity and integrity of our collection, all sales at ZNT Collections.shop are generally final.

However, we offer an exception for the following specific circumstances:

  • Item Significantly Not as Described: If the preloved handbag you receive is demonstrably and significantly different from its description or the photos on our website (e.g., incorrect brand, major undisclosed damage, or a different model entirely).
  • Proven Inauthenticity: While we thoroughly vet all our items for authenticity, in the rare and unfortunate event that an item is definitively proven to be a counterfeit by a reputable third-party authenticator.

Conditions for a Valid Return Request

If your situation falls under one of the exceptions above, you must adhere to the following conditions for a valid return request:

  • Contact Us Within 24 Hours:
    You must notify ZNT Collections via email at zntcollectionsshop@gmail.com or alternatively use Contact us Form within 24 hours of receiving your item. Please include your order number, a detailed explanation of the issue, and clear supporting photographs or documentation.
  • Item Must Be Unused and in Original Condition:
    The handbag must be returned in the exact condition it was received, with all original packaging, dust bags, authenticity cards (if applicable), and any attached tags intact. Any signs of use, alteration, or damage after delivery will void the return eligibility.
  • Proof of Authenticity (for Inauthenticity Claims):
    For claims of inauthenticity, you must provide documented proof from a recognized and reputable third-party authentication service.

How to Initiate a Return Request

If you believe your purchase qualifies for a return under our policy, please follow these steps:

  • Provide Details: In your email, include:

  • Secure Packaging & Shipping: You are responsible for securely packaging the item to prevent damage during transit and for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method. ZNT Collections is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Refunds

Approved Refunds

Upon successful receipt and inspection of the returned item, if it meets all the conditions stated in this policy, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Items/Situations

Items returned after the 24-hour notification window.

Items not in their original condition or showing signs of use, damage, or alteration after delivery.

"Change of mind" returns, or dissatisfaction based on subjective criteria (e.g., color appears slightly different on screen, minor wear consistent with a preloved item).

Returns where the discrepancy is clearly stated in the product description or visible in the product photos.
